Career FAQs
Do I need to live in Athens to apply?+
Not necessarily. We work hybrid from Athens, but for many roles we accept remote candidates from across Greece. Each role clearly states its location requirement.
Do you accept applications for roles that are not currently open?+
Yes. If you believe you fit our team, send a spontaneous application through the form by selecting "Open Application". We keep all profiles in our database and reach out as soon as a relevant role opens.
What does the selection process look like?+
1) Application and CV screening. 2) Intro call (30 min) with the recruiting team. 3) Case or technical interview depending on the role. 4) Final call with Management. At every stage you will hear back within 7 days.
How long does it take to hear back?+
We usually respond to all applications within 10 business days. If you are not a fit for the specific role, we will let you know — we do not leave candidates without a response.
Do you accept juniors / interns?+
Yes, we open junior and internship roles several times a year. What matters to us is curiosity, appetite for learning, and mindset — not just years of experience.
What should I include in expected net salary?+
Please state your target net monthly salary (net per month) in euros. This is an estimate that helps us see if we are aligned on budget before moving to the interview stage.
